Spend an unforgettable summer working as part of a small crew protecting and improving Wave Hill’s woodlands, enjoying the outdoors, learning about restoration ecology and making friends, all while getting paid and earning college credit.
The Forest Project is open to current 10th, Y1, Y2s. Applicants must be atleast 16 years old by June 15th, 2020. The seven-week program meets Mondays through Fridays from June 29th – August 21st, 2020. Interns work in small, supervised crews to help restore woodland areas at Wave Hill. Interns who complete their first summer of the Forest Project are offered the opportunity to return for a second summer.
The application deadline for this program is March 15th, 2020.
