This is an eight week program, which consists of two weeks of job readiness training and six weeks of the internship. Participants are placed in their industry of choice and are paired to a mentor for the entirety of the program. Participants also receive two monthly metro cards, a $300 clothing stipend and a $1,500 “working” stipend.
