Compost Volunteer Opportunity

Calling all compost volunteers! We’re hosting volunteer workdays at our East River Park Compost Yard every Monday from 9AM-1PM. We rely on volunteers to help divert food scraps from landfills and build awareness about composting. Volunteer tasks include chopping and raking food scraps to be composted, sifting finished compost, and much more.
